One of the newest residential cities in Cairo governorate, and it is owned by Heliopolis Housing and Construction company. The city is located in east of Cairo between Cairo–Sues road and Cairo–Ismailia road, and it is surrounded by Badr City from the east and Sherouk City from the west. New Heliopolis is well planned with a green belt of gardens that separates it from neighboring areas. The biggest drawbacks of New Heliopolis are the lack of services due to its young age and the distance from the center of Cairo. New Korba Mall and the City’s Authority Center are among its prominent landmarks. New Heliopolis offers mostly middle and upper-middle housing opportunities. There is no public transportation to the city in the meantime but it is very easy to drive to the city.
